Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 9, 2026
1. Who we are
WEEGRON, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, Document No. L16000215770, doing business as Eagles Home Services ("we", "us", or "our"), is a residential cleaning business in the United States. Our registered address is 1711 Amazing Way, Suite 213, Ocoee, FL 34761, United States, and our mailing address is 9534 112th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033, United States.
We operate our field business with Eagles Team, our own web-based operations and payroll platform. The platform covers job scheduling, clock in and clock out with a location stamp, customer and property records, payroll closeouts, and role-based permissions. We also send text messages to our customers and to our own workers, under the Eagles Team Alerts program described in Section 4.
This policy applies to app.eagleshome.services and to every page, feature, and interface served from that domain, including this page.
Eagles Team is not open to the public and has no self-service sign-up. The people who sign in are our own administrators and field workers. Our customers do not have accounts and never see the platform; what they receive from us is the cleaning service they booked and, if they asked for it, the text messages described in Section 4.
Where another cleaning business is given access to run its own operation on Eagles Team, that business decides what goes into the system and controls those records: its customers, its properties, its service addresses, its workers, and its payroll. We process that information on its behalf and under its instructions. Everything else described here we collect for our own purposes and control ourselves, and this policy governs it directly.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information.
- Contact and account data — Name, business name, work email address, phone number, and the role assigned to the account, such as administrator, manager, lead, or field worker.
- Operational information entered into the product — Customer records, service addresses, scheduled services, checklists, job photos, time entries, pay rates, payroll closeouts, and financial entries. This information is entered by the business that uses the platform. We do not buy it or collect it from outside sources.
- Location — Geographic coordinates are recorded only at the moment a worker taps to start a job and again at the moment the worker taps to finish it. The single purpose is to confirm that the worker was at the service address when the time entry was created. We do not track location continuously, we do not collect location while the app is in the background or closed, and we do not build a movement history between the start and the finish of a job. The reading is taken and sent at that moment: the platform requires a network connection to record it and has no offline mode that queues coordinates on the device for later upload.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language preference, pages viewed, and timestamps of activity.
- Communications — Messages you send us, support requests, and your text messaging opt-in status together with the date on which that consent was given.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- create and maintain accounts and apply role-based permissions;
- schedule services and let workers record start and finish times;
- confirm that a time entry was created at the service address, so that hours and pay can be verified;
- calculate compensation, produce payroll closeouts, and keep the related financial records;
- provide customer support and respond to requests;
- send account and service messages, including text messages when consent has been given;
- keep the service secure, investigate misuse, and maintain audit records of changes;
- meet legal, tax, payroll, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for behavioral or cross-context advertising.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
We operate two text messaging programs under the name Eagles Team Alerts. Neither is marketing: we do not send promotional text messages to anyone, ever.
- Customers — Messages about the cleaning service you booked: appointment confirmations, schedule changes, arrival notices, and service follow-ups.
- Workers and administrators — Messages about your work and your account: job assignments and schedule changes, shift and clock-in reminders, payroll and pay-period notices, and account or security alerts.
How we obtain consent. We never enroll a mobile number because someone else provided it. An administrator may record a worker’s number, and an office user may record a customer’s number, but neither of them can consent on anyone’s behalf. Enrollment happens in one of two places only, and in both the box starts unchecked and ticking it is optional:
- On our public sign-up page — app.eagleshome.services/lp/sms-opt-in, open to anyone, with links to this policy and to our Terms of Service next to the checkbox.
- Inside the platform — Workers who already have an account tick the same box on their own screen, after signing in themselves.
This is the wording shown to a customer:
By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Eagles Home Services (WEEGRON, LLC.) at the mobile number you provide about the cleaning service you booked, including appointment confirmations, schedule changes, arrival notices, and service follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
And this is the wording shown to a worker or administrator:
By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Eagles Home Services (WEEGRON, LLC.) at the mobile number you provide, including job assignments and schedule changes, shift and clock-in reminders, payroll and pay-period notices, and account or security alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we record. For this program we store the mobile number, the exact consent wording that was displayed, the date and time consent was given or withdrawn, the network address and browser the request came from, and the delivery status of each message. That record is what proves a message was authorized. We use it for that purpose, to send the messages described above, and to honor STOP and HELP requests — for nothing else.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 15 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us, and it is not a condition of employment. Text messaging is never required to use Eagles Team.
We do not share it. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, and consent status will never be sold, rented, released, traded, transferred, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Section 5 lists every case in which we share information at all, and the exclusion stated at the end of Section 5 applies to all of them.
5. How we share information
We share information only in the situations below. We do not sell personal information, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties so that those third parties can market their own products or services.
- Service providers — Vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver messages, or provide support tooling. They act under written contract, only on our instructions, and only to the extent needed to perform the service for us. They may not use the information for their own purposes, and they may not sell it or disclose it further.
- Within your own organization — Other users on the same account see the records their role allows them to see. Those permissions are configured by the business that owns the account, not by us.
- Legal requirements — When required by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or valid government request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Corporate transactions — In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may transfer to the successor entity, which remains bound by this policy until it provides notice of any change. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such transfer. Consent to receive text messages is not transferable between businesses or affiliates: a successor entity does not inherit your consent and must obtain its own consent from you before sending you any text message.
We respect your privacy. We only use the information you provide through the text messaging program to transmit your mobile messages and to respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as the account is active. After an account is closed, we keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or for as long as the law requires, which for payroll, wage, and tax records can be several years.
Demonstration and trial requests are kept for a reasonable period so that we can follow up, and are then deleted.
Text messaging opt-in records, including the consent language shown and the date consent was given, are retained as proof of consent for as long as messaging industry rules and applicable law require. These records may outlive the rest of an account, because their purpose is to evidence that a message was authorized.
7. How we protect information
Access rules in Eagles Team are enforced by the database itself, not only by the screens that display data.
- Row-level security — Tables carry row-level security policies tied to the role of the signed-in user. A request for a record that the role may not read returns nothing, regardless of which screen or interface issued the request.
- Column-level permissions — On sensitive tables, permissions are granted column by column. Fields such as pay rates and pricing are not readable at all by roles that have no reason to see them, so they cannot be exposed by a mistake in the interface.
- Server-side keys — API keys and privileged credentials remain on the server and are never delivered to the browser.
- Session expiration — Sessions expire on their own, and access must be re-established by signing in again.
- Audit logging — Changes to sensitive records are written to an audit log by a database trigger. The entry is created by the database rather than by the code that made the change, so the record of an action does not depend on the action reporting itself.
These controls reduce risk. They do not eliminate it. No system, and no method of transmission or electronic storage, is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you access to it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete information, where we are not required to retain it;
- provide a portable copy of the information you gave us, in a commonly used format.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or use the form at app.eagleshome.services/lp/sms-opt-in. We will send one confirmation message and then send no further text messages to that number, including account and security alerts. Any notice we still need to give you about your account, such as a security, billing, or legal notice, will be delivered by email or inside Eagles Team — never by text message after you opt out. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in that email.
If you are a worker at a business that uses Eagles Team, contact your employer first. That business controls the records about you, including your schedule, your time entries, your pay rate, and your payroll, and it decides what happens to them. When we receive a request that concerns those records, we refer it to the business that owns the account and assist that business in responding.
9. State privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia, and of other states that have enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy law, have rights under those laws. We honor them regardless of where you live, to the extent they apply.
- Right to know — You may request the categories of personal information we collected, the sources, the purposes, the categories of recipients, and the specific pieces of information we hold about you.
- Right to delete — You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions the law allows, such as records we must keep for payroll, wage, or tax purposes.
- Right to correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is currently nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism before the change takes effect.
- Right to non-discrimination — We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
Authorized agent. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for written proof of authority and ask you to confirm the authorization directly.
Identity verification. Before acting on a request, we verify who is making it, normally by confirming control of the email address on the account. We ask only for what is needed to match the request to our records, and we do not use that information for any other purpose. If we cannot verify identity, we will explain why and decline the request.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. Where state law provides one, you may also contact the attorney general of your state.
10. Children
Eagles Team is a workplace tool, and our services are sold to adults. Neither is directed to children, neither is intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information to us may contact us using the details below.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date shown at the top of this page always identifies when the current version took effect.
If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will give additional notice before it takes effect, by email to the address on the account, by a notice inside the product, or both. Continued use of Eagles Team after the new effective date means the updated policy applies.
