Terms of Service

Effective August 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Eagles Team, the web application provided by WEEGRON, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, Document No. L16000215770, doing business as Eagles Home Services, at app.eagleshome.services. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WEEGRON, LLC., and "you" means the business that subscribes to the service and every person that business authorizes to use it. By using Eagles Team, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Section 3 also governs our text messaging programs, and it applies to our customers as well — including customers who never use Eagles Team and have no account here.

1. The service

Eagles Team is a web-based platform for operations and payroll management, built for residential cleaning businesses in the United States. The service includes:

  • Schedulingcreating, assigning and tracking cleaning jobs and work orders.
  • Time trackingclock-in and clock-out entries recorded with the device location at the moment of the entry, so that hours can be tied to a job site.
  • Client and property recordscontact details, addresses, access instructions and service history for the properties you clean.
  • Payroll closingcalculating hours, day rates and pay-period totals from the records you enter, and closing pay periods.
  • Role-based permissionscontrolling what each administrator, manager, lead and field worker can see and do.

We improve the service continuously, and we may add, change or remove features. If a change would materially reduce functionality you actively use, we will give you reasonable advance notice before it takes effect.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eagles Team. The service is for business use, not for personal or household use.

Sign-up is by invitation, and there is no open self-service registration page. You sign up for Eagles Team when an administrator of your organization creates your account and you give the details it requires, including a mobile number you control. That administrator can change or remove your access at any time.

Providing a mobile number does not enroll you in text messages. An administrator may record a number on your account, but an administrator cannot consent on your behalf. You are enrolled only after you tick the box described in Section 3 yourself, which starts unchecked and which you may leave unchecked.

  • Accurate informationyou agree to provide accurate, current and complete information for your account, including a mobile number you control, and to keep it up to date.
  • Credentialssign-in is by email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your login with anyone, and do not use another person’s login.
  • Activity on your accountyou are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent it results from our own failure.
  • Compromised accountstell us immediately if you believe your credentials have been lost, stolen or used without your permission. Until you do, we cannot tell that activity apart from your own.
  • Administratorsan organization is responsible for whom it invites, for the permissions it grants, and for removing access promptly when someone leaves.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

WEEGRON, LLC. d/b/a Eagles Home Services operates two text messaging programs under the name Eagles Team Alerts: one for customers, about the cleaning service they booked, and one for workers and administrators, about their own work. Neither is marketing, and we do not send promotional text messages through either one.

How you opt in. Consent is given by you, never by an administrator on your behalf and never by an office user on a customer’s behalf. It is collected on our public sign-up page at app.eagleshome.services/lp/sms-opt-in, which anyone can open without an account, and on your own screen inside Eagles Team if you already have one. In both places the box starts unchecked, ticking it is optional, links to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy are shown beside it, and you may untick it at any time. This is what the box says for a customer:

By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Eagles Home Services (WEEGRON, LLC.) at the mobile number you provide about the cleaning service you booked, including appointment confirmations, schedule changes, arrival notices, and service follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

And this is what it says for a worker or administrator:

By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Eagles Home Services (WEEGRON, LLC.) at the mobile number you provide, including job assignments and schedule changes, shift and clock-in reminders, payroll and pay-period notices, and account or security alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us, and it is not a condition of employment. You may decline text messages, or opt out later, and still buy, use and keep using the service, with no change to your account, your schedule or your pay.

  • Opting outReply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also reply END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or use the form on our sign-up page. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number, including account and security alerts, which we will deliver by email or inside the application instead. Opting out does not close your account and does not remove your access to Eagles Team; you will still see schedule and payroll information when you sign in.
  • Opting back inReply START to the same number, or tick the box again on the sign-up page or inside Eagles Team.
  • Getting helpReply HELP for help. You may also email support@eagleshome.services or call +1 (206) 602-7270.
  • How often we sendMessage frequency varies. You may receive up to 15 messages per month. It depends on how often you are scheduled, how often your schedule changes, and how your administrator configures reminders.
  • CostMessage and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us, and depend on your own plan.
  • DeliveryCarriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not a guaranteed delivery channel, so do not rely on a text message alone for anything time-critical.
  • Supported carrierssupport for text messaging depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not required to support every message type.

You confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or its customary user with the subscriber’s permission, and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number. You must notify us, or your administrator, right away if that number changes, is deactivated, is ported away or is reassigned to another person, so that we stop sending messages to someone who never consented. Until you tell us, we have no way to know the number changed hands.

For what we collect for this program, how we use it and how long we keep it, see our Privacy Policy, which states that mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Your data

You own the records you enter into Eagles Team: your client and property records, schedules and work orders, time entries, pay rates, payroll results and the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of any of it, and we do not sell it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display and back up your data solely to provide, secure and support the service for you, and as required by law. That license exists for no other purpose. It ends when your data is deleted, except for backup copies that expire on their normal schedule.

  • Lawful basis for third-party datamost of the data you enter is about other people: your workers and your clients. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and enter it, and for giving those people any notice and obtaining any consent the law requires.
  • Location notice to workersthis includes telling your workers, before they use the service, that clocking in and clocking out records the location of their device at the moment of the entry, and that you and their managers can see it. We provide the tool; the notice to the worker is yours to give.
  • Consent to text messagesour messaging programs send messages only to people who opted in themselves, as described in Section 3. Recording someone’s mobile number in the system stores a contact detail and does not enroll that person in any messaging program. If you invite a worker or a customer to opt in, you may not do it on their behalf.
  • Exportwhile your account is active you may export the records your role gives you access to, in a standard file format. You do not need our permission for it, and you do not need to be leaving.

How we handle personal information, and how long we keep it, is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not allow anyone else to:

  • use the service to break the law, or to infringe the rights of any person or company;
  • access, or try to access, data belonging to another organization, another account or another user;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service, bypass authentication or permission checks, or interfere with any security feature;
  • upload or transmit malware, or anything designed to damage or disrupt;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the service, or copy its design or source, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • scrape the service, or use bots or automated tools to extract data, other than the export features we provide;
  • resell, sublicense, rent or provide the service to a third party as a service of your own;
  • share your credentials, or let another person use your account;
  • falsify a time entry, or spoof, mask or otherwise falsify device location, in order to misrepresent when or where work was performed;
  • send unlawful, harassing, misleading or unsolicited messages to anyone through the service, or send text messages to a number whose owner did not consent;
  • place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or send automated bulk requests that degrade the service for others;
  • upload categories of sensitive data the service is not designed to hold, such as payment card numbers, health records, biometric identifiers or images of government identification documents.

Conduct that threatens the security of the service, or the safety of a person, may be suspended immediately under Section 12.

6. Fees

  • Where the price livesthe fees for your subscription are stated in your order form, quote or subscription agreement with us. That document controls the amount, the billing period and the subscription term.
  • Paymentfees are payable in advance, in United States dollars, for the full billing period, unless your order form says otherwise.
  • Refundsfees are non-refundable, including for a period you did not fully use, except where a refund is required by law.
  • Taxesfees do not include sales, use or similar taxes. You are responsible for those taxes, other than taxes on our income.
  • Price changeswe may change prices for a renewal term. We will give you at least 30 days of advance notice before the renewal date. The new price applies from the renewal; it never applies retroactively to a period you already paid for. If you do not accept the new price, you may choose not to renew.
  • Late paymentif an invoice remains unpaid after we notify you, we may suspend access under Section 12 until it is paid.

7. Third-party services

Eagles Team depends on services we do not operate. We choose these providers for their security and reliability, but they run under their own terms and we do not control them:

  • Hosting and database infrastructurefor running the application and storing your data.
  • Maps and geolocationfor showing job sites on a map and for the location recorded with a time entry. Location accuracy depends on the device, the network and the environment, and can be poor indoors or in dense areas.
  • Address lookup and validationfor completing and standardizing property addresses as you type them.
  • Messaging providersfor delivering text messages to mobile carriers.
  • Optional AI-assisted reportingfor generating a written summary of a report you already have. This feature is optional and can be turned off.

About the AI-assisted reports specifically: the numbers come from the system, not from the model. Hours, dates, rates, totals and every other figure are computed by the application from the records you entered, and are then given to the model. The model writes narrative text around them. That narrative is a convenience, it may be incomplete or wrong, and it is not accounting, tax, legal, financial or other professional advice. Read the underlying figures before acting on any summary, and never treat a generated paragraph as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

8. Availability

We work to keep Eagles Team available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, a failure at a provider we depend on, a network problem, or an event outside our reasonable control.

When maintenance requires downtime, we schedule it outside United States business hours whenever that is possible, and we give notice when we can. Emergency maintenance, and work needed to close a security problem, may happen at any time and without notice.

Eagles Team requires an active internet connection, and it has no offline mode. We say this plainly because the difference matters in the field: if a device loses connectivity, the application shows a message saying there is no connection, and nothing else. It does not queue work for later, and it does not save entries on the device. A worker cannot clock in or clock out, and no schedule change, record or note can be created or saved, until connectivity is restored. Plan around this where coverage is unreliable.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that it will be available at any particular time, that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that location data recorded by a device will be accurate.

Eagles Team helps you record work and calculate payroll figures from the data you enter. It is a tool, and nothing more. WEEGRON, LLC. is not a payroll bureau, not a payroll service provider, not an accountant, not a tax advisor and not an employment lawyer. We do not pay wages, we do not withhold or remit taxes, and we do not file returns on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for wages, hours, overtime, meal and rest breaks, worker classification, minimum-wage compliance, recordkeeping, withholding and every federal, state and local tax and labor obligation that applies to you. Review the figures the service produces before you pay anyone, and consult a qualified professional about your obligations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill or lost or corrupted data, even if that party was advised that such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, under any theory of liability including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. If you are in one of those jurisdictions, some of the exclusions and limitations above may not apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the smallest extent permitted by the law that applies.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless WEEGRON, LLC. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, damage, loss, liability, penalty, cost and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:

  • the data you enter, upload or transmit through the service;
  • your use of the service, or use by anyone you authorized;
  • your breach of these Terms, or of any law or regulation;
  • a claim by a worker, client or other individual that you failed to obtain a required consent or to give a required notice — including consent to receive text messages at that person’s mobile number, and notice that clocking in and clocking out records the location of the device;
  • your obligations as an employer, including any claim about wages, hours, overtime, breaks, classification or payroll taxes.

We will notify you of the claim, allow you to control the defense with counsel of your choice, and cooperate at your expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation on us, or admits fault on our behalf, without our written consent.

12. Term and termination

  • Termthese Terms start when you first use the service and continue for as long as your subscription is active, including any renewal term.
  • Termination by youyou may cancel your subscription in accordance with your order form. Fees already paid are not refunded, as described in Section 6.
  • Termination for breacheither party may terminate for a material breach that the other party does not cure within 30 days after written notice describing it.
  • Suspensionwe may suspend access for a material breach of these Terms, for non-payment after notice, or for conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the service. We will give you advance notice whenever that is practicable. We may suspend immediately, and give notice afterwards, when a delay would put the service, your data or a person at risk.
  • Export before deactivationexport your records before your account is deactivated. After termination we retain your data for a limited period, described in our Privacy Policy, and then delete it. Once it is deleted we cannot recover it, so do not treat our retention window as your backup.
  • SurvivalSections 4 (ownership of your data), 6 (fees already accrued), 9, 10, 11, 13 and this Section 12 survive termination, along with any other provision that by its nature is meant to survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and without regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes or as the law requires. The effective date at the top of this page always shows when the current version took effect, and it changes in the same edit as the text.

If a change is material, we will give reasonable advance notice before it takes effect, by email to your administrators or by a notice inside the application. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
